The St. Cloud HRA has property commercially zoned for the redevelopment of property within the City of St. Cloud. We encourage revitalization of the areas of the City in need of renovation. There is one site currently available located in downtown St. Cloud. Please contact us for pricing information. There are various programs available for Downtown relocation or for new businesses in the Downtown area. You can review the properties available with the HRA at the left of the screen under our mapping tools. This will show you both the Downtown area and Business Parks that both have room for you to start-up or expand in.

Dan Marsh
This is the site of the former Dan Marsh Drug Store. It is currently temporary parking for the city. The site is approximately 10,000 square feet and is ready to develop. It is located on the corner of West St. Germain and 6th Avenue North in the central core of the downtown. Long-time downtown retailer, Herberger’s, is directly across the street. Public assistance is available for a project on this site.
