The St. Cloud HRA owns and manages Central Minnesota's two premier Industrial Parks, located in the City of St. Cloud. The Airport Business Park has over 300 acres of developable property available, while the I-94 Business Park has 26 acres of land remaining. Both Business parks were developed through a collaborative effort between the St. Cloud HRA, City of St. Cloud, St. Cloud Opportunities, and local electric utility providers, East Central Energy (Airport Park) and Stearns Electric Association (I-94 Park)

Airport Business Park
Description:
The Airport Business Park is the newest and largest business park in the St. Cloud area. It is located just off Highway 23 on County Road 8 near the St. Cloud Regional Airport. There is close access to Minnesota State Highway 10. The park is designed to accommodate developments from as small as 5 acres to as large as 100 acres. All utilities are in place and included in the price of the land. The partners in the park include East Central Energy, City of St. Cloud, St. Cloud Opportunities and St. Cloud HRA.
Description:
Located East of I-94, South of Exit No. 171, on Stearns Country Road 75. Take the exit known as Opportunity Drive. This park is home to several businesses, including Antioch/Creative Memories, New Flyer, Fed Ex Ground, Goldleaf Plastics, Arctic Cat and Menasha. Anderson Trucking recently constructed their world headquarters on the south end of the Park. A total of 26 acres remains, with lot sizes between three and 20 acres.
Located on Saukview Drive - from downtown St. Cloud take 9th Avenue North to Veterans Drive. Turn left on Veteran's Drive to CR-4 W. Turn left on Ridgewood Road/CR134. Turn left on Saukview Drive. There is one 12.5 acre lot available for $1.50 per square foot. It is between two well established businesses in the industrial park. There will be a for-sale sign on your right about .3 miles down.
