A third program we have is in conjunction with Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity. This is a program where Habitat uses the NSP funds to purchase, renovate and re-sell these foreclosed homes. They will be doing 8-10 of these projects and if you are in a lower income range (below 50% of AMI) contact Central Minnesota habitat for Humanity.
