Westwood Village housing development consists of 1168 total units of which 320 units are affordable housing units. It covers 59 acres of a 300 acre PUD (planned unit development).
The area has a substantial amount of park land, trails, ponds and landscaping that will unify the area, yet allow for certain areas to take on their character and feel.
We have sold 80 single family and 84 townhome units. There are two 32 unit apartment complexes available for rent. For the single family homes and townhomes, buyers will need to complete a qualification process, including completing a HomeStretch Training Program. They are not required to be a first time homebuyer, however, they can not earn more than 80% of the greater of state or county median income.
MEADOWS EDGE TOWNHOMES
There are currently 2 bedroom patio homes and 3 bedroom 2-story townhomes for sale in Meadows Edge. Each townhome/patio home is 1069 to 1388 square feet finished, all appliances are included, one and two stall garages available as well as access to two private parks maintained by the Westwood Village Associations. Qualifications:
