From the North: Directions from Little Falls: US Hwy 10 N to the MN-23 W ramp towards St. Cloud. Merge onto MN-23 W (Division Street). Take a right on 14th Ave S. Go one block to St. Germain. Take a right and go one block to 13th Ave. The HRA office is on the corner, tan-brick with HRA logo on the building – parking lot in back. (Approximately 35 miles from Little Falls)
From the West: Directions from Avon I-94 East to CR7/CR 75 ramp. Go north on County Road 75 to Washington Memorial Drive. Turn left onto Washington Memorial Drive. Cross Division St (Wendy’s on left). You will come to a T – stay to the right – this is St. Germain Street. Go to 13th Ave N and take a left.
