St. Cloud Southside University Neighborhood and the HRA has loans of up to $25,000 for you to buy an existing property and make it single or owner occupied! The loan is an interest free deferred loan for 30 years or until you sell the home. Funds may be used for interior or exterior improvements and there is no income limit for this program.
