Swisshelm Village Apartments One and Two are two of the latest projects of affordable housing created by the St. Cloud Housing and Redevelopment Authority. Swisshelm is closely patterned after the hugely successful Westwood Village Apartments located in west St. Cloud.
 

Qualifications
60% maximum income  - 2 persons $32,160; 3 persons $36,180; 4 persons $40,200.

These two and three bedroom apartments are available for rent to low and moderate-income families. The two-bedroom units ren for only $585 per month; three-bedroom units for $725 per month.

Swisshelm Village Apartments are conveniently located just off the Interstate 94 exit near St. Augusta in south St. Cloud in what is known as the McStop area. The apartments are close to several major employers such as Merrill Corporation, Spee Dee Delivery and Fulfillment Systems. This 32 unit building is the first of three phases. Phase One opened June 1, 2003.
