Empire, Germain Towers, Grace McDowall and Wilson have one bedroom, living room, kitchen with stove and refrigerator, bathroom with shower. The main floor of each building features a spacious and attractive lobby area, a lounge and a community room with kitchen. Each of the apartment complexes has an on-site caretaker.

Some of the amenities included are central laundry facilities, a security system, elevators, off-street parking, bathtub rooms, ample closet and cupboard space, activities available and are handicap accessible.

All four complexes are ideally located near public transportation points and within easy walking distance to shopping and services.

Located in Stearns County near the Mississippi River on St. Germain Street in the downtown area. Close to the public library and post office. It is a 60 unit building and was built in 1920.

Empire ApartmentsEmpire Apartments
Located in Stearns County near the Mississippi River; offering scenic views of the city. It is within walking distance to the downtown area, public library and post office. It is a 90 unit building and was built in 1971.

Grace McDowall ApartmentsGrace McDowall Apartments
Located in Stearns County in the Northway neighborhood near the Whitney Senior Center. Close to convenient store and restaurant and numerous medical facilities. It is an 89 unit building and was built in 1979.

Wilson ApartmentsWilson Apartments
Located in Benton County on St. Cloud’s east side. Walking distance to all east side downtown locations. It is a 126 unit building and was built in 1971.

Cedar Ridge TownhomesCedar Ridge Townhomes
Built in 1992; 12 units – 3 bedroom (1 handicap) The St. Cloud HRA maintains a number of two and three bedroom townhomes. These townhomes are available for family housing only.

Flintwood HomesFlintwood Townhomes
Built in 1982; 12 units – four 2-bedroom (1 handicap); eight 3-bedroom 2-bedroom – 1092 square feet; 3-bedroom – 1575 square feet. These townhomes are available for family housing only.

Quarry Ridge Townhomes
Built in 1992; 12 units – 3-bedroom (1 handicap); 1250 square feet. These townhomes are available for family housing only.

Scattered Home Sites
Scattered site houses are available with two, three, four and five bedrooms, depending on what your current family size is. Each house is equipped with laundry hook-ups, stove, refrigerator, garage or storage building and yard. These homes are available for family housing only.
