The apartments are individual living units that are bright, roomy and comfortable. Empire, Germain Towers, Grace McDowall and Wilson have one bedroom, living room, kitchen with stove and refrigerator, bathroom with shower. The main floor of each building features a spacious and attractive lobby area, a lounge and a community room with kitchen. Each of the apartment complexes has an on-site caretaker.

There are townhomes and single family homes available for 2 or more persons.  All units are available only by application and after you have come to the top of the list.  They are income based.
